If you are not completely satisfied we will happily refund your money or exchange your order. Return the goods to: Australian Alpaca Centre The Market Place, Old Hume Highway, Berrima, NSW Australia
Items must be returned to our Berrima store within 14 days of purchase, in original condition with tags still attached where necessary. Please note that credit card transaction fees and postage will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that goods are sent by registered post as lost items cannot be our responsibility. Please ensure that goods are sent so that no damage can occur to the item in transit. Exchanges can be made at any store so long as the goods are in original condition, a docket or credit card transaction note is shown and the price tag is still attached.
