We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, cheques by mail, and money orders. You can either use the shopping basket on this site and pay online, or fax your order with credit card details to 02 48771399 (61 2 4877 1399 from outside Australia) or phone direct to the same number.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

How do I receive my goods?
Your goods will be posted from our Berrima Office in NSW by Australia Post (AP) to your specified address. Standard AP charges and delivery times apply.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of the order. You will be advised promptly if there is any unavoidable delay.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International postage is charged according to the destination of the parcel Australia Post (AP) and charges in $A are displayed on  our website. Standard AP delivery times apply – typically 1 week to New Zealand and 2 weeks to Europe and America.

Custom duties or other fees pertaining in the country of destination are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Can I change my online order once it has been forwarded?
If you need to make a change to your order email us immediately at   berrima@alpacaaustralia.com.au or phone 02 48 77 1399 (61 2 4877 1399 from overseas) and we will see what we can do to help. If however your order has already been processed we do not make alterations or cancellations.

Do you gift wrap?
We do offer a complimentary gift wrapping service if your purchase is for that someone special. Simply click on the box beside the item in the ‘Gift wrapped’ column in the checkout section.

returns and exchanges

What about Returns and Exchanges? 

We are proud of our products, all of which are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. If, however, you are not completely satisfied we will refund your money or exchange your order on the following conditions:

- In-store return
- Exchanges or returns can be made at any store so long as:
- the goods are in original condition
- a docket or credit card transaction note is shown
- the price tag is attached and returned with the goods

- Mail return
- Items must be returned to our Berrima store (address below) within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be in original condition with any original tags still attached
- Goods are to be packed carefully and returned by registered post as lost items cannot be our responsibility.
- Credit card transaction fees and postage will not be refunded
- Our Returns Form must be completed and enclosed.

We aim to process all returns within two working days and will email, phone or write to confirm when this has been done.


Can I return a sale item?
We make no refunds on sale items BUT they may be returned for exchange only OR to receive a credit voucher. See above for details of our return and exchange procedures.

If an item is faulty whom should I contact?

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is not in stock for any reason, we will advise you promptly. If further supplies are expected, we can send the item to you when it arrives.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do have gift vouchers.

Can I order for delivery to different addresses.

Our system is not set up to process multi sales to multi destinations  however you can fax your order to us outlining what product is to go to what address.  Otherwise please place individual orders on line.

How secure is your website and are my personal details safe with you?
The use of Australian Alpaca Centre website is governed by the terms and agreement set forth below. This statement outlines our policies on how we collect online information and how we use that information.

 We do not ask for any information from you until you reach the checkout area of our website.  You are free to browse our website anonymously, until the time of purchase. The information that you provide us is associated with purchases only.  Your email, phone and home addresses and your credit card details are safe with us and will not be passed on to a third party.  

Any data collected will be handled carefully and securely, with a high regard for your privacy. It will be used only in-house to contact you concerning matters relating to our business. We will communicate with you by email only if you must complete the “ email sign up” section. 

Credit Cards
We accept only VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Credit Card details are not stored or processed online.  They are transmitted to Australian Alpaca Centre Pty Ltd via a secure web server that encrypts all data before being transmitted.

Security Information
The security we use between your browser and our web-site is 128-bit encryption Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You know that your details are secure when you see a yellow solid key on a blue background (Netscape), or a yellow padlock (Netscape or Internet Explorer) on the bottom right of your computer monitor.

When you make a purchase on the Australian Alpaca Centre website, a secure server is used. SSL encrypts the information you send through this web site so that only Australian Alpaca Centre and our financial institution can decipher your information. SSL prevents others reading or intercepting the information you submit on any of our order pages.

Safe shopping on-line
To protect on-line shoppers and reduce the incidence of fraud, we strongly recommend that you never provide your credit card details to us or anyone else via e-mail. When you shop on-line, ensure the website you are dealing with utilises SSL whenever you provide your credit card or other personal details. If you have received an e-mail by someone who has presented themselves as Australian Alpaca Centre requesting these details, please forward a copy of that message to us so we can take appropriate action.
